First, some history…

Websites and Coffee was co-founded by moi, Joyce S. Kaye, and Roger Wyer in June 2012. We’d been using WordPress since 2008. It was the workshop arm of my “living” websites and Constant Contact email marketing coaching and development business I conduct as The Computer Spirit. Rog, of BizWorks Studio, added to the mix, among other things, his love of meaningful conversation. We found that gathering small groups of people together in an intimate, friendly venue empowers them to create and control their own WordPress websites in a more affordable — and fun — manner.

These days…

Rog is no longer involved in Websites and Coffee, but his creative influence remains. I am most grateful for all he contributed to this adventure, and for the wonderful people it allowed me to meet.

What I love about this work is: it’s of the mind and logical; it’s creative; it’s service; and, I get to interact with people.

I am a people-person and computer geek.

As a computer geek, I continue to grow my knowledge about technology and marketing (particularly WordPress websites and Constant Contact e-newsletters). As a people-person, I see them as tools to communicate and express — especially one’s purpose and passion in their business and marketing. And, I so enjoy using my talents and skills in service to others.

I bring to the table my passion for empowering people, tenacity, attention to detail,  and eye for design. Alongside that, I have years of business and computer experience in a wide variety of venues. And, I have a gentle, fun way of interacting. I’m patient, very patient!
