May 27, 2013 is the 10th anniversary of the first WordPress release!

The WordPress Foundation has designated May 27 as the day for WordPress Meetup groups worldwide to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the first WordPress release in 2003.

You can join WordPress enthusiasts and their families for a birthday bash for WordPress at locations around the world. Being located in Northern Arizona in the beautiful Red Rock Country of Sedona, I’ve been invited to the celebration that will be happening in Chandler, located in the East Valley of Phoenix. You too can join in the fun.

Skyhook Internet Marketing, Arizona WordPress Meetup, and Gangplank Chandler will be hosting the festivities on Monday, May 27 at 6:30 PM @ Gangplank headquarters in historic downtown Chandler (260 South Arizona Avenue, Chandler, AZ 85225).

Gangplank is a group of connected individuals and small businesses creating an economy of innovation and creativity in a collaborative workspace.
