Websites and Coffee WordPress workshops, retreats, and personal coaching is back! Which means, Joyce Kaye, The Computer Spirit, is back too!

After working exclusively in the corporate world for the past 2½ years in Phoenix, AZ, as of September 2018, I am back in my own coaching and consulting business – and sooo very glad to be!

While being wildly popular in Sedona, AZ for many years, I am delighted that the Websites and Coffee (or “kawfee”) hands-on, interactive, workshop series will make its Phoenix, Arizona debut this month.

We will lead with the first-part of the series, “Intro to WordPress: First Steps” on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 @ 6:30 pm. We’ll cover terminology and address your questions about search engine optimization, pages and posts, widgets and plugins, and themes — and then jump online to show you and work hands-on in the back end of the online WordPress lab. See why I love using WordPress to create living websites that grow and morph with one’s needs and the desires of readers. This workshop will be offered again later in the month on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 @ 6:30 pm – you should be rested sufficiently after the Thanksgiving holiday.

In the next workshop of the series, “Intro to WordPress: Part Two (Going Deeper),” we really dive further. You’ll spend most of your time in the online WordPress lab, completing targeted exercises offering a closer look at key WordPress functionality. This gathering will take place on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 @ 6:30 pm.

We’ll take a break for the holidays, and start the workshops up again in January. However, feel free to check in with me as I will be available. If you’ve got a least one friend/colleague who is interested in joining you in a workshop, we can set a date for one that is not yet on the calendar. And, I’m also available for private one-on-one consulting work.
